Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground lean beef
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 lb. ground buffalo
    1 28 oz tomato sauce
    2 28 oz diced tomatoes
    1 chopped onion
    1 15 oz Trappy's pinto beans with jalapeņos
    4 tablespoons chili powder
    1 tablespoon red cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper

Directions

Brown 1 lb.ground turkey breast, 1 lb. ground buffalo, and 1lb lean ground beef. Add 1 chopped onion. Sprinkle chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper to taste over the top and stir in. Added 1 large can of tomato sauce, 2 large cans of diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer for several hours. Add 1 can of pinto beans with jalapeņos. Bring to simmer. This is always better the next day when the flavors blend.
