Introduction

Hearty chicken stew that's good and pretty good for you! Hearty chicken stew that's good and pretty good for you!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts chopped into 1-in. pieces
    3 carrots, chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1 orange bell pepper, chopped
    5-6 small red potatoes, cubed
    2 cans chicken broth
    all spices to taste...I'm approximating amounts here, b/c I just threw stuff in. :)

    coriander powder, 2 tsp
    turmeric, 2 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp
    dried basil, 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley, 1-2 Tbsp
    dried oregano, 1-2 tsp
    celery seed, 1 tsp

Directions

I put the chicken on the bottom of the crock pot, and then threw everything else in.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the chicken is done.
Enjoy!!!
