Ingredients

4 cups wheat macaroni
1 egg slightly beaten
3/4 c ff sour cream
1 c 1% cottage cheese
8oz reduced fat cheddar
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp grated onion
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp lowfat stick margarine
1/4 c bread crumbs
1 tbsp lowfat stick margarine
1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
while noodles are cooking, mix together next 9 items. Mix in cooked pasta and pour into 2 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Mix bread crumbs, paprika, and 1 tbsp melted margarine and sprinkle over top of casserole. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove tin foil and bake an additional 5 minutes.
