Veggie Soup

Ingredients

    2 cups broccoli raw, chopped
    2 cups cauliflower raw, chopped
    1 cup mushrooms raw, chopped
    2 cups carrots raw, chopped
    1 cup onion raw, chopped
    1 cup celery raw, chopped
    2 large potatoes raw, chopped
    1 cup sweet pepper raw, chopped
    6 cups chicken broth

Directions

Rinse and cut all veggies into bite size pieces. Pour chicken broth into a big pot. Add chopped veggies and put on medium heat. Let simmer for about 2 hours or until veggies are tender.
Serves 6-8.
