Grilled Tilipia

Ingredients

    16 oz Tilapia filet
    1 cup Zucchini, sliced
    1 cup Summer squash, sliced
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Cilantro

Directions

Place foil on grill. Mix cilantro and olive oil and spread on foil. Spread zucchini and squash on grill and sprinkle with oregano. Brush tilapia with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with mesquite seasoning. Grill turning once.
