stir fry vegetables, onion, mushrooms, cream of chicken soup, milk, onion, butter/margarine, salt & pepper and italian seasoning.
Place vegetables in a small amount of water and boil until tender. Remove from pan. Using the same pan add a medium chopped onion and 2-3 T butter and heat until tender. Add soup, milk, mushrooms, cheese, salt & pepper and italian seasoning and heat thoroughly. Add vegetables and mix. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Makes 8 - 3/4 C servings.
This recipe could be made vegetarian by using cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup. (I was out of both!)
