Introduction

This taste so yummy, I can only make one serving at a time otherwise I might eat to much. I sometimes add chopped almonds. This taste so yummy, I can only make one serving at a time otherwise I might eat to much. I sometimes add chopped almonds.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    *100% whole grain old fashioned oats, .25 cup
    Chia (Salba) Seed 1 Tbl
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 packet
    *Jay Robb Egg White Protein, 33 grams = 1 scoop
    Cinnamon to taste
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla Unsweetened, 1/2 cup
    Water 1/4 cup
    1/2 apple chopped up

Directions

put all dry ingredients into bowl, mix well. Add almond breeze and water. Mix well. Add apples. Mix and set in fridge for at least an our or overnight (I put mine in tupperware with lid the night before). Chia seeds will expand and so does the oatmeal.
