Introduction

Like egg McMuffins but don't like having to go through the drive through on the way to work. Try this quick fix breakfast. It is easy and super quick to fix. I do this while I'm getting my lunch together in the morning. Takes less than 5 minutes to fix. Like egg McMuffins but don't like having to go through the drive through on the way to work. Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 oz of shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Wheat english muffin
    1 tbsp of salsa

Directions

Start with your wheat english muffin. Place in toasted oven with 1 oz of Mozzerella cheese until toasted to your liking.

Take a coffee cup and sray with PAM cooking spray. Crack an egg drop in cup with tablespoon of sala and mix up. Place up in microwave for 1 minute.

When english muffin is done take cooked egg from cup and place on muffin. wrap in paer towel and out the door you go.

Takes 5 minutes.
