Introduction

Meatloaf that's Juicy not dry everytime! Meatloaf that's Juicy not dry everytime!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Combine 16 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef, Bell Peppers, Onions, crushed crackers, 3 eggs, salt, black pepper and 1 cup of tomatoe sauce (1/2 cup will cover top of meatloaf before baking) into large cassarole dish. Using your hands blend all ingridents until thouroughly mixed. Smooth and patten loaf into pan and with the remaining 1/2 cup tomato sauce pour over top of loaf and cover completely.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Place Loaf on middle rack and let cook for 45 minutes.

Makes 6 Healthty-size servings
