IntroductionTasty way to incorporate 3 servings of fruit! Tasty way to incorporate 3 servings of fruit!
1 small banana
3/4 cup frozen cubed mango
1 cup Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 lime wedge
1 oz water
To blender or food processor add peeled banana, mango, yogurt, and squeeze of lime juice. Add a little water to help blend. Puree until smooth and frothy.
