Introduction

This is really easy to make and no one will even notice it dosen't have a crust! This resipe was from allrecipes.com but I used fat free condesned milk and brown sugar instead of white sugar and pancake mix instead of baking mix. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 medium eggs
    12 fl oz sweetened condensed milk
    15 oz solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. whole wheat pancake mix
    2 tbsp butter, salted
    2 1/2 tsp. Allspice
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Blend all ingredeints in blender until processed. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 Degrees F until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serves 8.
