Introduction

This a quick and tasty way to add vegetables as a side dish. It goes with everything. This a quick and tasty way to add vegetables as a side dish. It goes with everything.

Ingredients

    Salt
    Pepper
    Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    Basil
    Veggies to your liking
    I use:
    Bell Pepers - of all colors
    Zucchini
    Mushrooms
    Onions

Directions

Spray a baking dish with Olive Oil cooking spray.
Cut up your veggies and throw in the dish.
Spray the veggies with Olive Oil cooking spary
Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, Basil over veggies and mix
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until desired tenderness.
