Pork,Bean & Veggie Casserole 2

Introduction

Serve over rice or pasta. Eat plain for lighter fare. Serve over rice or pasta. Eat plain for lighter fare.

Ingredients

    Pork lean cut up 2 lbs.
    2 14 oz. cans tomato no salt added
    2 Onions cut up
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb. bag frozen corn
    1 lb dry Canneloni beans
    2 stalks celery cut up
    1 red pepper cut up
    2 crowns broccoli cut up and all added
    1 cup brown rice (dry)

Directions

cook on stove in large pot for 2 hrs. on low flame or with crock pot 4 hrs on high or 8 hours on low.
Makes 11- 1 cup servings plain or 22- 1/2 cup servings with rice or pasta. (calories not included for rice or pasta)
