Slow Cooker Chicken, Potato & Pea Stew

Introduction

Its kind of like Chicken Pot Pie without the Pie Its kind of like Chicken Pot Pie without the Pie
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 Cups fresh mushrooms sliced
    1.5 red potatoes diced
    1lb chicken breast cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (lowfat)
    1 can of Goya Pink Beans
    1 can of Progresso White Kidney Beans (Canellini)
    1/2 packet McCormich Chicken Gravy Mix
    1/2 cup chicken broth (low fat & low sodium)
    1 Tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
    1 small onion chopped
    1 can peas
    Dash of Tabasco Sauce to Taste






Directions

Dice and chop or slice fresh veggies
Cube chicken into 1 inch cubes
Open Cans
Pour everything into slow cooker
Cook for 6 - 8 hours on low or 4 -5 hours on High
Enjoy!
