Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    scant 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup applesauce
    2 tablespoons molasses
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

Blend dry, add wet. Mix well.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

I split the dough in half and roll each half on its own cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. I let them cool a few minutes, break it up, and put it back in for 5-10 minutes to get thoroughly crispy.

Crispy definitely tastes better.
