Ingredients

    3.25lbs Top Round Beef
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    Ground Pepper

Directions

Rub Roast Beef with olive oil and sprinkle ground pepper. Place in a 375 degree oven for 60 minutes. Then Lower temperature to 325 and roast for about 60 more minutes. A meat thermometer should register about 150 for medium.
