Tropical Tilapia Filets

Introduction

This is a really good way to bring life to a little fish. Very healthy and very sweet... its like a little get away on your plate. This is a really good way to bring life to a little fish. Very healthy and very sweet... its like a little get away on your plate.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Tilapia filets
    1/2 cup crushed or cubed pineapple (canned no sugar added)
    2 tsp fresh ginger root
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Orange Juice

Directions

In a skillet heat oil.

Add garlic and ginger and place fish in the hot pan. Over the fish add the pineapple. Flip the fish when brown on one side, and let sit for 1 minute before adding the orange juice. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Add fish and pineapple over rice or shredded cabbage slaw for a lively fresh dish... and it excellent for you!
