Introduction

Made with white and whole wheat flour Made with white and whole wheat flour
Number of Servings: 66

Ingredients

    2 C Sugar
    1 C margerine
    3 eggs
    2 C all purpose flour
    2 C Whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp almond extract

Directions

Cream butter and sugar together. Mix all other ingredients until well mixed. Place dough on floured surface, make sure you have plenty of flour dough is very sticky. Roll dough out and cut with cookie cutters. I flour the cookie cutters and lightly flour top of dough as well to make sure they dont stick to cookie cutter. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. I lightly greased cookie sheet with Bakers Joy for the last few patches that went in the oven it really helped the cookies come off the cookie sheet better. Depending on the size of your cookie cutters, makes about 5 1/2 dozen. Calculations are based on 66 cookies about the same size.
