Vegan "Meat" with soy and oats

Introduction

Great meat substitute. So great, that my husband mistook it for chicken! Great meat substitute. So great, that my husband mistook it for chicken!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    * Oats, 100 grams
    * Soy Textured Granules, 100 gram(s)
    * Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup
    * Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
    * Sunflower Oil, 6 tbsp
    * Garlic, 6 cloves
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * *Flour, white, 0.3 cup

Directions

Just mix them all and let the soy suck the juices for 2 hours before preparing. Add your favorite spices. Use as it is, for veggie burgers, or as filling for dishes that require ground meat.

For extra flavor, stew the onions in the oil before mixing it all together.
