Vegan "Chicken Parmesan"

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Gardein Chick'n Filets
    Olive oil
    Garlic (to taste)
    Salt (to taste)
    Ragu Mushroom Pasta Sauce (or similar brand)
    2 servings of Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet Mozzarella

Directions

*Makes 2 Servings!*

Preheat the oven at 450.

Put olive oil in pan and let it sizzle. Cook the two chick'n planks for about 2 minutes on each side, or until it has a golden brown color. Add garlic and salt, to taste. (this measured for 1tsp)

Remove chick'n from pan and place in non-stick or greased baking dish. Coat the top of the chick'n with your choice of vegan or vegetarian cheese, pasta sauce, and then another additional layer of cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted on the top layer.
