Ingredients

    6 cups diced, cooked CHICKEN
    2 cups chopped CELERY
    1 cup chopped ONIONS
    1 cup chopped GREEN PEPPERS
    2 Tbsp. CANOLA OIL
    2 cups KETCHUP
    2 cups WATER
    2 Tbsp. BROWN SUGAR, packed
    4 Tbsp. VINEGAR
    2 tsp. DRY MUSTARD
    1 tsp. PEPPER
    1/2 tsp. SALT


Directions

16 - 20 Servings
Ideal slow cooker size: 4-quart

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

2. Cover. Cook on LOW, 8 hours.

3. Stir chicken until it shreds.

4. Pile into steak rolls or sandwich buns and serve.
