Beans, red kidney, cooked 1 cup Onions, raw, 2 medium Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 large Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 can Paprika, 0.5 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbsp Basil, 0.5 tbsp Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp Tahini, 2 tbsp Cornstarch, 1 tsp
Slice the onions and chop the peppers. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and cook the onions for 2 minutes until softened, then add the peppers and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the herbs and spices and cook for 1 minute. Add the beans and chopped tomatoes, bring up to the boil then turn down the heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Add the tahini, then mix the cornstarch with a little water, add to the chilli and stir till sauce has thickened. Add black pepper and serve with brown rice and salad.
