Individual Banana Pancakes

Introduction

I don't remember where I found this recipe, but Mmmmmm, it's delicious! I don't remember where I found this recipe, but Mmmmmm, it's delicious!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 small, very ripe bananas, mashed
    1/4 c. Almond Breeze
    1/4 egg whites, beaten
    1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/8 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour

Directions

*Makes about 2 pancakes*

1. Mix bananas, milk, eggs, and vanilla in one bowl and set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
3. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place it over medium heat.
4. Meanwhile, slowly pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix well.
5. Pour some of the batter onto the skillet and cook pancakes until golden on each side.
6. Serve warm with sugar-free syrup or fresh fruit.
