Magnificent Macaroni Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 box Heartland Whole wheat pasta,approx 6 oz.
    1/4c onion, diced (or green onion sliced)
    2 carrots, sliced or shredded
    2 lrg. stalks celery, diced
    1 can sliced black olives (2.25 oz)
    1/2 c kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese
    1c frozen peas
    1/2c sour cream, fat free
    4Tbs. mayo, fat free
    1 lb. ham cubes,lean (95% fat free)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cook pasta, rinse in cold water & drain well. Chop veggies. Mix all ingredients and chill.
Makes 10 1 cup servings.
