turkey stir fry

Introduction

using my ground turkey using my ground turkey
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup broccoli
    8 oz of ground turkey
    3 T soy sauce
    1 T olive oil
    1 medium onion
    1 yellow pepper

Directions

Makes 2 servings. Cook the ground turkey and drain any excess grease. Add olive oil and veggies. Saute until veggies are crisp. I use mostly frozen, but fresh would work too. Add soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Serve with rice (rice nutritional information not included).
