Minute muffins

Submitted by: AYZERIA

Introduction

I love these muffins! I make up a batch, put it in the fridge, then all I have to do in the morning for fresh, hot muffins, is pull out a few scoops and microwave or bake! If using microwave, muffins only take a minute each! Also great for a snack! I love these muffins!
