Ingredients

    * *Splenda, 24 tsp
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp
    * Truvia Natural Sweetener, 8 serving
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.5 cup
    * Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cup
    * Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 450 grams (1lb, or 16 ounces)

Directions

* Combine all ingredients and pour into pan.

* Bake for 30 mins in preheated 350 degree oven.

* Chill in fridge- this cake hardens as it cools. (Keeps for several days, and freezes well)

* Makes 8 servings at about 80 calories each! Top with fruit to complete :))
