Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland 3 tbsp

Directions

Chop veggies, put in large pan with olive oil and butter - saute on high for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Then turn off the heat and put a lid on it for 10-15 minutes. The veggies are still a bit crunchy.
