Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 large onion
    2T Olive oil
    yellow bell pepper large/chopped
    3T black pepper
    garlic 3 cloves
    tomato 1 medium/chopped

Directions

heat oil then add onions and cook until translucent then add garlic, black pepper. Just prior to serving add bell pepper (just warm it up so it stays crunchy) and tomato.
