My husband really likes Wendy's chili so I made this. I did a few healthy substitutions but it is still one of his faves! You can add more or less water depending on how thick you like your chili. Also, my husband likes to put a little bit of ketchup in his bowl of chili. He says he just likes it that way. My husband really likes Wendy's chili so I made this. Ingredients

1lb ground turkey
1 can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1/4c. diced onions
1 stalk of celery
3 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 cups of water
Directions
Brown the ground turkey and then drain. (I like to rinse it as well.)
In a large pot, combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat.
Cook, stirring often, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
