Veggie Tortilla Pizza

Introduction

quick and easy veggie pizza quick and easy veggie pizza
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tbsp raw onion
    1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 oz low fat shredded cheese
    1 multi grain flour tortilla
    Mrs Dash - to taste

Directions

Place tortilla on a baking sheet and top with veggies. Sprinkle cheese on top and add Mrs Dash for extra flavor. (I love the Tomato Basil Garlic for this!). Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Makes 1 serving.
