Banana Bread II

Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups mashed banana (5 medium)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup steviva blend (stevia and erythritol)
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large loaf pan.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
Mash banana in medium size bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Add to dry and mix JUST until blended. Spread into loaf pan.

OPTIONAL: Top with streusal topping
1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour. Cut in 2 tbsp butter, then add 1/3 cup chopped walnuts.

*Note: The streusal topping is NOT in the nutrtional information

Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Makes 16 servings
