Ingredients

1 serving mmm mmm meatballs - see recipes.
2-3 cups beef or chicken broth (fat free)
3 - 6 oz bok choy, spinach or cabbage
chopped cilantro
seasonings to taste
Directions
In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
Feel free to add any seasonings you like to taste (oregano, basil, pepper, garlic, etc.)
I usually ad in some hot sauce as well
Add cooked meatballs and vegetable choice.
Cover and simmer 30 min. oruntil vegetables reach desired doneness.
Serve.
