Spicy White Chili - P2

Introduction

This was nice and spicey and went well with chopped tomato or shredded lettuce. This was nice and spicey and went well with chopped tomato or shredded lettuce.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3.5 oz chicken breast - cooked and shredded.
    1 - 4 cups fat free broth (depending on soupy you want)
    4 cloves garlic (minced)
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 Tsp red pepper flakes
    1/8 tsp ground cloves (optional)
    tabasco or hot sauce to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients except hot sauce into a stock pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 30 min.
Add tobasco or hot sauce right before serving.
Tip: this is also great fixed in a small crockpot. or double the recipe. Toss in everything and put it on while you're out, and come back to a nice dinner.
Feel free to use your allotted vegetable, I liked to add onion or a chopped tomato
