Introduction

We wanted chilli one night and did not have all the normal ingredients so this is what we came up with. Turned out pretty good. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Can Rotel -- Calantro w/lime
    1 lb of lean hamburger
    1/2 sweet onion
    olive oil
    cinnimon
    unsweetin cocoa powder -- pinch
    1.5 cups dried black bean
    8 cups water
    1 large can of fire roasted tomatoes blended up
    1 can of speghetti sauce (garlic & herb)

Directions

cook beans in water

sauta onion in EVOO then add hamburger to brown put in spices then tranfer into beans continue to cook until beans are tender

add the rest of the ingredients

simmer for at least 30 more mins

Serve with corn bread and cheese (not in nutrition counter)
