Pumpkin Pie Bars

Introduction

A Delish and Gluten Free taste of fall! I tweaked this recipe to fit my personal palate and if I do say so myself.. it's delish! A Delish and Gluten Free taste of fall! I tweaked this recipe to fit my personal palate and if I do say so myself.. it's delish!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 c pumpkin puree
    1/2 c agave nectar
    1c almond flour (if you are out, you can grind up raw almonds in the food processor before you make the recipe!)
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 t baking soda
    1 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice

Directions

grease a 8x8 square baking dish or 1 9" round cake pan. Set aside. In the food processor, combine the pumkin, eggs, and agave and pulse for 2 minutes. Add in dry ingredients and pulse for another minute or so, until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake 30-35 mins or until golden brown. You can eat them as is or top with cream cheese frosting, dust with powdered sugar, add a dollop of whipped cream.. the possibilities are endless.
