Minty Green Smoothie

Introduction

Great cleansing smoothie, good for fasting day. Great cleansing smoothie, good for fasting day.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Remove the tough stems from Kale and break into pieces. Place bananas, apple, lemon juice and water into blender, blend on high, stop to push fruit down. Add lettuce/spinach, kale and mint leaves, (can add parsley as well) Add more water if needed. Much better the next day. Let sit overnight for better flavor.

Directions

Makes (3) 8 oz. servings plus a little more.
