IntroductionGreat cleansing smoothie, good for fasting day. Great cleansing smoothie, good for fasting day.
Remove the tough stems from Kale and break into pieces. Place bananas, apple, lemon juice and water into blender, blend on high, stop to push fruit down. Add lettuce/spinach, kale and mint leaves, (can add parsley as well) Add more water if needed. Much better the next day. Let sit overnight for better flavor.
