IntroductionThis is a winter mainstay for me. Quick and easy and very yummy. This is a winter mainstay for me. Quick and easy and very yummy.
2 cans pinto beans rinsed and drained
1/2 pound ground turkey
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup of salsa or picante sauce
1 small onion chopped
1 can diced green chiles
2 small cans diced tomatoes no salt added (th 14oz cans)
Ground Chile pepper to taste
Ground Cumin if you like it
If you like heat some jalepenos or other pepper that you like. It's chile you can add anything!
Brown ground turkey with onions and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until all the flavors mesh.
