2 cups elbow macaroni 3 large hard-boiled eggs, shelled & chopped 1 cup celery, diced 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 tsp each salt, pepper & paprika 3/4 cup light mayonnaise 1/4 cup light ranch dressing
Cook macaroni according to directions on package, drain & rinse with cold water. Pour into a large bowl. Stir in eggs, celery & peppers. combine seasonings & stir in. mix together the mayo & ranch dressing & stir into pasta until well combined. cover & chill at least 1 hour before serving. makes 12 1/2-cup servings.
