Veggies cooked and spooned over Steamed Broccoli
4 med peeled Potatoes
4 Baby Onions, peeled and sliced or whole
1 Can Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast Soup
7 Baby Carrots sliced
2 1/2 Tbs Coconut Oil
1-2 oz Cheddar Cheese
1 Med Stalk of Broccoli
Add cheese and soup and let simmer 10 min. Mean while, steam broccoli. When finished, divide on plates.
Spoon mixture over steamed broccoli. No salt or other spices needed as soup and cheese have whats needed.
Veggie - soup mixture makes 4 1 1/2 cup servings
