Ingredients

1 cup of Almond milk
1 Cup frozen Berries
1 cup of water
1/4 splenda to taste
Directions
Take all ingredients except water and add to blender and blend. Add water until desired thickness. Makes 2 8oz servings all under 100 calories and counts as 1 fruit for the day. Enjoy.
