Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 6 cup (remove)
    Shortening, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 9 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp

Directions

Sift together everything but the shortening in a large bowl. Add the shortening. With an electric mixer blend the shortening into the flour mixture until it disappears.
Store in an air tight container. Use as your would Bisquick or Jiffy Baking Mix.
