3/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. each dried basil and oregano
3 oz chevre, crumbled
3/4 cup sauteed mushrooms
6 sundried tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 pie crust, frozen
Arrange the mushrooms, chevre, and tomatoes evenly in the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over this.
Bake at 350* F for 30 minutes or until just barely firm and slightly puffy.
