4 medium Potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried or fresh thyme
2 galic cloves (smashed & skinned)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
skin & cube potatoes arrange onto sheet tray sprinkle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, smashed garlic, and season with salt and pepper. gently toss place into hot pre-heated oven...Roast until golden brown...check after 30 minutes.
