Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1- 2lb package of mixed veggies (or 1 can corn, 1 can greenbeans, and I can peas)
7 oz tomato sauce
5 c water (decrease water if using canned veggies and add water veggies are packed in)
3 beef bouillon
1 lb lean stew meat
Directions
Brown beef over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for 40 minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste. Makes 12- 1 cup servings
