Freezer Meatloaf

Introduction

Perfect for stretching ground beef, this recipe can also be used to make some AWESOME burger patties. Perfect for stretching ground beef, this recipe can also be used to make some AWESOME burger patties.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3lbs 80/20 ground beef
    1.5 cups crushed saltine crackers (unsalted tops)
    1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    3 large eggs
    1 tbsp salt
    1 cup 2% milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Divide into 16 even portions. Shape into burger patties or mini-loaves and freeze individually. When frozen, transfer to freezer bags or food sealer bags for long term storage. Cook within 1 month for best quality. Can be cooked straight from frozen. Patties in the skillet, loaves in the oven on 375 for about 30 minutes.
