Rhubarb bars

Ingredients

    *Rhubarb, 4 cup, diced (6 if frozen)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type, 1 package (18.50 oz) Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Butter, salted, 6 - 8 tbsp

Directions

place rhubarb in a greased 9x13 pan. cover with sugar (can use less then 1 c for more tartness), then cover with dry cake mix. then top with chopped walnuts. then dab small pieces of butter over the top

bake at 350 for 45 degrees
