Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

    2 cups Oat Flour
    3/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1 ea Egg
    1/4 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/2 cup Splenda
    3/5 oz Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine first three ingredients and set aside.
3. Combine next 5 ingredients and mix with dry.
4. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Scoop dough by rounded tbsp onto cookie sheet.
6. Bake 8-10 mintes.
