Ingredients

1-Egg
4-Egg Whites
2-Tbsp Milk
1/2 Cup Oats (quick or regular)
1/4 Tsp Dried Basil
1/4 Cup Salsa
1/3 Cup Spinach
1 Tsp Parmesan Cheese
Hot Pepper Sauce (optional)
Directions
In a small blender, add egg and egg whites, milk, oats, basil, parmesan cheese and salsa.
Pulse a few times to blend/chop spinach. Coat a skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, add egg mixture and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Ensure you scrape bottom sides to avoid overcooking. Transfer to plate and serve with salsa or hot pepper sauce. 1-Serving.
