Oatmeal Bread Loaf

Introduction

Great for breakfast with natural fruit preserves. Great for breakfast with natural fruit preserves.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2c. whole wheat flour
    1c. all purpose flour
    1c. quick oats
    1t. each salt, baking soda, baking powder
    2T. molasses
    1/8c. apple sauce
    2c. fat free milk

Directions

Sift all dry ing. together, add in oats. Make a well in center of dry ing, add all wet. Stir together.Knead 10 times. bake at 350 in a loaf pan sprayed with non stick spray for about 30 min. Custimize to your own liking with dry fruit nuts or seeds.
